更新自动适应16M32M64M128M内存U-boot

U-boot For HG255D HG256更新，自动适应16M 32M 64M 128M内存。
必须两个颗粒。

要求：
16MiB：1Mx16bitx4bank 133Mhz 2颗。
32MiB：2Mx16bitx4bank 133Mhz 2颗。
64MiB：4Mx16bitx4bank 133Mhz 2颗。
128MiB：8Mx16bitx4bank 133Mhz 2颗。

任意大小可用，如果内存颗粒坏，则从坏的bank开始的高端内存部分都不能用。

32M内存效果：
